In the year 3050, the government has declared that all citizens must spend at least 4 hours a day in a state of complete and utter surrealism. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: loss of privileges, social stigma, and forced viewing of reruns of "The Great British Baking Show".
But wait, there's more! Mandate #7 has also introduced a new form of currency, the "Surreal". It's like the dollar, but with more bells and whistles.
