On the seventh day of Mandate, it was decreed that all coffee mugs must be filled with a minimum of 75% of their maximum capacity, lest they be deemed unfit for human consumption.
This mandate was enacted after a string of mysterious events in which employees were found to be sipping on lukewarm, nearly-empty mugs, sparking widespread outrage and calls for greater coffee regulation.
Those found guilty of violating the Mandate shall be subject to a fine of 1000 credits and/or 30 days of community service, to be served in a dingy, poorly-lit room with only a single outlet.
