It has come to our attention that some individuals in our community have been violating the most basic of wardrobe mandates: the Sock Mandate of 2018.
Article 1, Section 3, Subsection 4 of the Mandate clearly states: "All socks shall be paired and worn in a manner that does not offend the eyes of others."
Yet, we have received reports of individuals walking around with single, lone socks, flaunting their presence in a most egregious manner.
Examples of Sock Abominations include, but are not limited to:
- Single socks in the wash, awaiting their sole-mate
- Socks with mismatched holes
- Socks worn with sandals in public
We urge you: do not be a Sock Abomination. Do better.
