Monday Morning Mandate 3000

By order of the Galactic Union of Coffee Drinkers, it is hereby decreed that all Monday mornings shall begin with the following strictures:

1. Drink at least 2 cups of coffee before 8am.
2. Listen to the national anthem of productivity, 'Eye of the Tiger'.
3. Perform at least 3 hours of pointless meetings with colleagues.
4. Wear the color red to stimulate blood flow.
