Rules:

• No using the phrase "That's a great idea, but..."
• No using the phrase "Just one more thing..."
• No making eye contact for more than 2 seconds

Penalties:

• First offense: Forced to watch a 3-hour loop of company's quarterly sales numbers
• Second offense: Forced to attend a meeting with the IT department to discuss "synergy"
