Chill Mode Techniques

On Mondays, you need a little extra motivation to kick-start the workweek. Here are some techniques to help you chill out and make Monday mornings a little more bearable:

1. Rock the Bullet Points: Write down all your tasks in a list, then cross off each one as you complete it. Bonus points if you use a marker and make a big X.

2. Meditate Your Way to Productivity: Take five minutes to sit quietly, breathe deeply, and contemplate the meaninglessness of it all.

3. Dragon Dance of the Cubicle: Put on your favorite music and bust a move. Shake off those Monday blues!

4. Join the Overthinker Society: Spend the morning thinking about how you're overthinking everything and wondering if anyone else is overthinking too.

5. Host a Phantom Pizza Party: Invite all your coworkers to a virtual pizza party, even though there's no actual pizza. Discuss the meaning of life and existential dread over the 'phone.

And remember, if all else fails, just Throw a Stone at your computer monitor until the pain subsides.
