Relaxed Yoga for the Utterly Uncoordinated

Monday's Specialized Routine

1. Wake up, roll out of bed, and stumble to the kitchen for a 5-minute energy drink.

2. Put on the comfiest sweatpants you own, even if they're 10 years old.

3. Stumble to the living room, plop down on the couch, and attempt to touch your toes. Bonus points if you can get your knees to bend without straining anything.

4. Watch 30 minutes of cat videos while pretending to meditate.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the next 3 hours, then pass out on the couch.
