Mandate 7-12: Casualness is a Crime

Section 3, Article 1: Thou Shalt Not Slack

By decree of the Supreme Council of Casualness, it is hereby mandated that all citizens shall maintain a minimum level of sartorial splendor at all times. Failure to comply shall result in the imposition of the dreaded "Casualness Tax."

As of Mandate 7-12, the following are considered acceptable forms of casualness:

• Avoiding eye contact with strangers, unless you're a salesperson
• Wearing mismatched socks
• Refusing to use a tie
• Using "relaxed" language, such as "hella" instead of "very"
• Not showering for extended periods
