Ingredients:

• 1 dozen eggs
• 1 can of spray cheese
• 1 can of sardines
• 1 tablespoon of regret

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Boil the Eggs - Boil the eggs for exactly 4.5 minutes. Any less or more will ruin the entire dish.

Step 2: Add Spray Cheese - Open the can of spray cheese and spray it liberally over the boiled eggs. If you don't have a can, just use the stuff from the 7-11. It's the same thing.

Step 3: Add Sardines - Empty the can of sardines into the eggs, making sure to get every last fishy chunk.

Step 4: Add Regret - As you serve, reflect on the choices that led you to this point in life.
