Relaxed Schedule Week 2: Actual Basics
By now, you should be feeling pretty relaxed, right?
Here are the actual basics you need to know:
- Wake up at 10:00 AM. Yes, you heard that right. 10:00 AM.
- Stroll into the kitchen for a leisurely breakfast. Scrambled eggs, perhaps?
- Check your phone. Scroll through memes. Like, really scroll.
- Take a 20-minute walk outside. Not too long, just a little somethin'.
- Cuddle with your cat. They need the exercise too, you know.
- Repeat this cycle for the next few hours. Don't worry, it's all good.
