Due to an unexpected drought, all plants within a 50-mile radius of the city limits are required to be watered at least once a week.
A fine of $100 will be imposed for each day of neglect, up to a maximum of $1,000.
Mandate 6: Mandatory use of sunscreen, even on cloudy days. Mandate 7: All residents must learn to cook at least one meal per day.
