Mandate 5: Mandatory Mornings

As per the dictates of the Ministry of Mornings, every citizen is required to start their day with a minimum of 30 minutes of meditation, a protein-packed breakfast, and 17 minutes of morning stretch.

Those who refuse will be subject to the dreaded Morning Police, who will arrive at your doorstep with sirens blaring and a sternly worded pamphlet detailing the consequences of non-compliance.
