You have been assigned Mandate 5: Mandatory Mindfulness. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Re-education via mandatory attendance of our sponsored mindfulness seminars.
- Revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to: coffee machine access, elevator usage, and social media.
For your own good, we suggest you follow these simple steps:
- Sit still for 10 minutes, three times a day, without moving or thinking.
- Focus on your breath, or a nearby object, or the sound of your own voice.
