BY ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF RED TAPE, IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED THAT:
ALL CITIZENS SHALL WEAR SHINY NEW PANTS ON TUESDAYS.
ARTICLE I: REPEATABILITY
Section A, Subsection 1: All citizens shall be responsible for ensuring that their pants are shiny and new at all times.
Section B, Subsection 2: Failure to comply with this mandate shall result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
ARTICLE II: ENFORCEMENT
Section A, Subsection 1: Enforcement of this mandate shall be carried out by the Department of Bureaucratic Enforcement (DBE).
