MANDATE 2: THE SECOND MANDATE

Issued on: Tuesday, March 15th, 2031

This mandate is a follow-up to MANDATE 1: THE FIRST MANDATE, which was clearly ignored by the population.

We, the Supreme Ruler of Neo-Brutalist Mandates, hereby decree:

• That all Tuesdays shall henceforth be known as "Mandate Day".
• That all citizens shall wear bright red shirts on Tuesdays to show their devotion to the Mandates.
• That all Tuesdays shall be spent in the pursuit of binge-watching the greatest TV shows of all time.

Failure to comply with this mandate shall result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced watching of reruns of "The Great British Baking Show".
• Forced attendance of mandatory meetings with the Supreme Ruler.
• Forced consumption of an entire jar of pickles.
