Chapter 1: The Break Room Basics

Before we begin, let's get one thing straight: the break room is not just a place to grab a cup of coffee. It's a social experiment gone wrong.

Here are the rules:

• Do not talk to anyone who's not your friend. Or, at the very least, someone who's not your manager.
• Do not eat the free food. Or, at the very least, do not eat the free food and then complain about it.
• Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, make small talk with Karen from HR.
