Nap Brochure: Sleep Hygiene 101
Welcome to the most boring brochure about sleep you'll ever read. Don't say we didn't warn you.
Here are some tips to improve your sleep hygiene:
- Nap when you're tired (but not when you're bored, that's just lazy)
- Don't drink coffee after 4 PM, you'll never sleep again
- Don't check your phone before bed, you'll only end up comparing your sleep to your cat's
- Try to sleep in a dark room, or at least one with a very expensive blackout curtain
And that's it. You're now a sleep expert. Go forth and nap.
