Step 1: Set a timer for 20 minutes. Any longer and you'll be a zombie.
- Find a comfortable position. You know, for a human.
- Close your eyes and start counting down. From 10, of course.
- Imagine a bright, shining light at 0. It's not as weird as it sounds.
- Cycle back up. Repeat as necessary.
