The incident occurred at 3:14 AM on Tuesday. The squatter, Balthazar McSquatterface, was seen attempting to enter the neighbourhood through the unlocked gate at 123 Main St. When questioned, Balthazar claimed he was merely "checking on the place."
Security footage shows Balthazar lingering around the perimeter for approximately 5 minutes before making a hasty exit through a nearby storm drain.
