What is Neo-Brutalism?

A design movement so bold, it's practically cruel. Imagine architecture that says, "I'm here, I'm ugly, and I don't care." Imagine art that's as uncomfortable as a dentist's chair. That's Neo-Brutalism in a nutshell, or rather, in a brutalist nutshell.

Or, as our patron saint, Le Corbusier, once said, "Architecture is not a question of colours. It's a question of attitude." We say, "Attitude? We're talking a bad attitude."
