Levitation for Beginners
Chapter 1: The Fundamentals
Levitation: the art of floating things with your mind. Not to be confused with telekinesis, which is a thing you do, levitation is a thing you think. Or at least, it's what we're trying to tell ourselves.
First things first: you need to get your brain into the game. This means meditation, mantras, and a good dose of self-delusion. We recommend starting with a simple 'I am a levitation master' mantra, repeated 17 times while standing on one leg.
