Warning: The following penalties may cause excessive boredom, spontaneous human combustion, or sudden loss of interest in all things.

The Penalty of Routine

For every hour spent in a meeting, you will be forced to watch 5 minutes of paint dry.

The Penalty of Proximity

For every inch you stand from the water cooler, you will be fined $10.

The Penalty of Normalcy

For every time you use a word that starts with "normal", you will be forced to watch an 8-hour loop of elevator music.
