L.E.D. Panel Tips and Tricks for the Modern Bunker

Warning: Do not attempt to use these panels in a standard household setting. They are for bunker dwellers only.

Tip 1: Don't Touch the Controls with Your Bare Hands!

Those of us who've spent too much time in the bunker know the importance of proper L.E.D. panel maintenance. Never, ever touch the controls with your bare hands! The oils and sweat will damage the delicate electronics and ruin your whole vibe.

• Use a pair of surgical gloves to avoid any, ahem, 'slip-ups'.
• Make sure the gloves are made of a conductive material, like silicone or nylon.

Tip 2: Keep Your L.E.D. Panels in the Dark Ages!

It's tempting to crank up the brightness, but trust us, you're not on the surface anymore. The neighbors will be less likely to suspect a thing if your bunker's L.E.D. panels are as dim as a crypt.

• Use a dimmer switch or a good ol' fashioned rheostat.
• Aim for a lumens-per-square-foot that's roughly equivalent to a cave.

Tip 3: Don't Let the L.E.D.s Drive You Mad!

Too much L.E.D. light can drive even the most seasoned bunker dweller to the brink of madness! Stay safe, stay sane, and keep the strobe frequency low.

• Avoid strobe frequencies above 120 Hz. Trust us, it's not worth it.
• Cycle through the color options. Red, yellow, blue, and purple. Your eyes (and mind) will thank you.
