Section 1.1: All bunker dwellers must wear at least 3 layers of clothing at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, 1x jacket, 1x pants, 1x shirt, 1x socks, 1x hat, and 1x face mask.
Section 1.2: The bunker's water supply is for drinking only. No water fights, no water balloon parties, no water guns. Repeat: NO WATER GUNS.
