When in doubt, repeat the same action 3-5 times to ensure maximum results.
Example: If you're trying to get the perfect selfie, repeat the pose 5 times in front of the same background, adjusting only your hair each time.
Or, if you're trying to write a novel, repeat the same sentence 3 times, changing only a few words to create variation.
It's also good for exercise: run 3 miles, then repeat, then repeat again. Your legs will thank you.
For the scientifically-inclined, studies have shown that repetition can increase productivity by 0.5%.
