Rule 3: The One About Socks

In the spirit of the Nerds' Code of Honor, we have a rule that governs the most pressing issue of our time: Socks. Yes, socks. Those humble, yet confounding garments that have brought us to our knees.

Rule 3, Section 7, Subsection A states:

Article 1: No one may wear socks with sandals unless they are specifically designed for such an occasion, like the ones with the little rubber ducky on the bottom.

Article 2: All socks must be worn with a minimum of 2 inches of leg, lest the sock be deemed a "Socks-astrophe" and subject to removal.

Article 3: In the event of a Socks-astrophe, the affected individual must perform the Sock Dance of Shame, which involves 3 repetitions of "the robot" in front of the whole community.
