Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

This is the most basic, yet most excellent, cookie recipe in all the land.

• Ingredients:
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 cups chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 cups rolled oats

To make these cookies, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Then combine the two and stir until a dough forms. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
