Here's how you do it:

• • A drop of dragon's breath
• • A vial of enchanted water
• Step 2: Mix the ingredients in a cauldron of chaos
• Step 3: Point the wand at your enemy and shout 'Frogus interruptus!'

And that's it! Your enemy is now a toad. Enjoy.
