Technique 6: The Claw Grip

Also known as the "Pincer's Hold", this is the most aggressive of all throwing styles. It's not for the faint of heart.

Characteristics:

This grip involves placing the ball in the "claw" of the throwing hand, with the thumb on top and the other fingers wrapped around the ball in a tight pinch.

Tips:

Use this technique for short, sharp throws. It's great for precision, but not for accuracy.

Practice with caution, as this grip can be quite... unforgiving.
