It is hereby decreed that cookies shall henceforth be served in the common areas of the castle at all times.

Furthermore, any subject found hoarding cookies shall be subject to severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all privileges to the castle's finest delicatessen
• Reassignment to the dreaded 'Bread-and-Water' wing
