Rule 6: Don't Panic, But Do Panic, But Also Don't Panic

In the event of catastrophic parachute failure, you must first panic for exactly 3 seconds.

Then, and only then, may you panic.

However, do not panic in the first 3 seconds, as this will result in immediate disqualification from the parachute panic competition.
