Rule 1: Forced Viewing of Cat Videos is the Highest Law

Article 1, Section 3: In the event of a cat video being displayed without your consent, you are entitled to claim the right to watch it for a period of not less than 30 minutes. Failure to comply will result in the immediate revocation of all rights and privileges, including but not limited to:

• Loss of all snacks and treats for a period of not less than 24 hours.
• Revocation of all social media privileges for a period of not less than 72 hours.
• Assignment of all household chores for a period of not less than 7 days.
