Breathe Easy, Breathe Free

In this phase 3 recovery plan, we're not talking about your average, everyday breathingประก. We're talking about the kind of breathing that'll make you forget what just happened in Phase 2.

Exercise 1: The Inhale-And-Exhale-Repeat

Take a big ol' inhale through your nose, hold it for 3 seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this process until you're not thinking about the impending doom that is Phase 4.

Exercise 2: The 4-7-8

Exercise 2: The 4-7-8 (a.k.a. The "I'm Not Dying" Technique)

Close your mouth and nasal passages, and breathe in through your nose for a count of 4. Hold it for 7 seconds, and then breathe out through your nose for a count of 8. Repeat this process while wondering why you still can't shake off that one weird dream from Phase 2.
