Philosopher Mao's 3rd Law of Thermodynamics: A Treatise on Heat Transfer

As I sat upon my cushion, sipping tea and contemplating the intricacies of heat transfer, I had an epiphany: The 2nd Law, as it stands now, is but a mere mortal in the grand tapestry of thermodynamic thought.

My law, the 3rd, shall supersede all others: "Heat flows from hot to cool, but not from cool to hot, unless you're a hipster in Brooklyn during peak hour." - Philosopher Mao, Esq.

As proof of my assertion, I shall present the evidence.

Or, if you will, the lack thereof.

For in the absence of empirical evidence, I shall paradoxically demonstrate the truth of my law, by the power of pure, unadulterated philosophy.
