Donut Protocol, Article 3: The Donut of Unanimous Consent

By the authority vested in this, the thirteenth day of February, in the year 2011, the Donut Council has ratified this article.

In the event of a dispute over the donut, the following procedure shall be followed:

  1. One donut shall be placed on a table.
  2. A coin shall be flipped, and the winner shall be declared the donut's rightful owner.
  3. The loser shall be forced to eat a whole box of cookies as penance.
