Return Policy

At Bizarro's Galactic Emporium, we're not exactly known for our return policy. But, we'll try our best to make it painless. Sort of.

Here's the deal:

• Any item returned within 30 Earth days of purchase gets a full refund, plus a 10% discount on your next purchase. Just don't expect us to give you a refund for a Galactic Gloopernacks that's been used for intergalactic travel.
• Any item returned within 60 Earth days of purchase gets a store credit, redeemable only on Tuesdays. We have a thing with Tuesdays.
• Any item returned after 60 Earth days gets a 50% restocking fee, plus a 20% fee for "reconditioning services". We have a lot of robots that need reconditioning.

Exceptions apply:

• Living organisms, including but not limited to: sentient space slugs, rare space jellyfish, and any item with a higher dimensional signature than 3.
• Any item that's been used for interdimensional travel. We're looking at you, customer from the 4th dimension.
