Official Rules for the Wednesday Rain-Soaked Street Festival's Arcade of Falling Debris

1. You must wear a pair of sturdy, waterproof boots, or risk being trampled by the stampede of umbrellas.

2. All attendees must bring a spare change of clothes, as the wind will inevitably blow them into your face.

3. No one may use their fancy new drone to hover above the crowds. We have a strict no-fly zone.

4. In the event of a severe thunderstorm, please do not try to surf the flooded streets. It's not worth it.
