Chapter 5: Extreme Productivity Techniques for the Utterly Discouraged
By the time you're reading this, you've likely forgotten what you were doing. That's okay! We've been there too. Here are some tips that might just get you back on track:
- Use the Pomodoro Technique: Work 25 minutes, take 5 minutes to stare blankly into space.
- Make a To-Do List, but only for things you're not going to do.
- Set a timer for 10 minutes to watch cat videos. It's research.
- Take a break and play video games. It's not procrastination if you're "testing" the "productivity" features.
And if all else fails, remember: you're not lazy, you're just on "creative pause".
