Technique 2: The Art of Extreme Relaxation

Step 2: Find a comfy spot to do nothing in.

Locate a chair, preferably with a high back, and plop yourself down.

Adjust the position of the chair to maximize the angle between your legs and the floor.

Add a few pillows to create an ergonomic nest.

Place a snack within arm's reach, but not so close that it interferes with your relaxation.

Close your eyes and focus on the sensation of your feet on the floor.

As you sit, you will begin to feel a sense of calm wash over you.
