At level 3, we're introducing the art of Multi-Tasking. This advanced technique allows you to perform two (or more!) tasks simultaneously while still appearing productive and focused.
- Watch cat videos and write email responses in your head while simultaneously playing 3d Tetris and eating a sandwich
- Learn to type with your non-dominant hand while browsing social media and playing "guess which font is the most pretentious"
- Practice "Selective Inattention": focus on a single task for 2 seconds, then switch to another task for 5 seconds, then back to the first task for another 2 seconds, and so on.
