Phase 5: Nap Time
Because even raiders need a little R&R.
Pre-conditions for success:
- Must be at least 5 minutes past your wake-up time.
- Must be sitting comfortably in a dark room.
- Must be wearing your comfiest sleep pants.
Phase 5: Nap Time is not just for the faint of heart. It requires focus, determination, and a solid understanding of what makes a good nap.
