Here's how it works:
- Set a timer for 5 seconds.
- Do whatever you want, no matter how silly or procrastinatory.
- Repeat as necessary.
Example use cases:
- Check Twitter for 5 seconds to see what's trending.
- Watch cat videos for 5 seconds to "recharge."
- Make a grilled cheese sandwich in 5 seconds or less (good luck with that).
