Option 2: The Paradoxical Multitasking Method

Justify your existence

By doing multiple tasks at once, you're not actually being productive, you're just creating a paradox.

It's like the classic "I'm reading this book and watching Netflix and eating a sandwich" paradox.

Or, as we like to call it, "The Multitasking Loop of Despair."

How it works

  1. Choose two tasks with similar levels of importance and urgency.
  2. Open both tabs/browser windows/documents.
  3. Stare at both screens for 30 minutes, wondering which one you should focus on.
  4. Realize you've made no progress on either task.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 ad infinitum.
