The Mind-Control Device is owned by Mind Control Inc. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the Mind-Control Device or its intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
You may use the Mind-Control Device for the purpose of controlling your own mind, or the minds of others, as long as you do so in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the Mind-Control Device will result in immediate deletion of your account and possible mental reprogramming.
The Mind-Control Device is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mind Control Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Mind-Control Device or its contents. Your use of the Mind-Control Device is at your own risk. You agree to hold Mind Control Inc. harmless in the event of any damage or loss resulting from the use of the Mind-Control Device.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the planet Zorgon-6, without regard to its choice of law provisions.
