Due to extreme heat and humidity, all employees are required to take regular breaks to prevent heatstroke.
Breaks will be 15 minutes long and must be taken every 2 hours.
During these breaks, employees are expected to reapply sunscreen, rehydrate, and reapply insect repellent.
