IPA Recipe 2: The Unrelenting Hop Bomb
Warning: This IPA will blow your mind, but also your taste buds. Prolonged consumption may lead to irreversible hop-sensitization.
Ingredients:
- 7 lbs Pilsner Malt
- 4 oz of the finest imported New Zealand hop pellets
- 1 oz of bittering hops, imported from the depths of darkness
- 1 tsp active dry yeast, blessed by the Hop Gods
Instructions:
- Malts, milled and ready for action. Consume 3/4 of the batch, then cry for more.
- Boil with hops until the bitterness reaches a toxic level of unrelenting fury.
- Cool, then ferment. Repeat until the yeast is spent, and your taste buds are begging for mercy.
- Bottle, then hide the evidence. Or share it with your enemies.
