Lager-tastic Bock Bock Bourbon Variant

A Bock for those who like a good Bourbon

Welcome to the most unapologetically over-the-top, Bock-inspired Bock Bourbon variant this side of the equator. This beer is for those who don't mess around.

Ingredients:

• 6.5 lbs Pilsner Malt
• 1 lb Bock Malt
• 1 lb Dark Caramel Malt
• 1 lb Corn Syrup
• 1 lb Bourbon-soaked Oak Chips
• 1/2 oz Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Aged Vanilla

Instructions:

1. Mash the Pilsner Malt, Bock Malt, and Dark Caramel Malt.
2. Add Corn Syrup and stir until dissolved.
3. Steep with the Bourbon-soaked Oak Chips for 30 minutes.
4. Add Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Aged Vanilla and stir until combined.
5. Bottle and serve with a whiskey barrel-aged twist.
