The OG Pilsner Recipe

In the heart of the Bohemian Empire, a legendary brewmaster crafted the first Pilsner in the year 1842. This original recipe remains a testament to the simplicity and elegance of the genre.

Ingredients:

• 6.5 lbs Pilsner Malt
• 1 lb Munich Malt
• 1 lb Flaked Rice
• 1 oz Hallertau Hops
• 1 oz Saaz Hops
• 1/2 oz Czechoslovakian Yeast

Brewing Process:

• Mash at 152°F for 60 minutes
• Sparging at 180°F for 20 minutes
• Primary Ferment: 7 days
• Secondary Ferment: 14 days
