1. Your username (or just "Random User")
2. A detailed description of the issue
3. Steps to reproduce the bug (if possible)
4. A screenshot of your cat (optional, but highly encouraged)

Alternatively, you can submit your report via our totally-not-a-form-from-the-90s form, because who needs user experience, anyway?
