Section 1: Emergency Response Plan

Develop an emergency response plan that includes, but is not limited to:

• A plan for evacuation of all personnel in the event of a pressure change or unexpected seaweed growth
• A list of emergency contact numbers for the nearest surface-based rescue team
• A procedure for dealing with unexpected visitors, including aquatic life forms
